Welcome center — Create a warm and welcoming environment for your guests by greeting them upon arrival.
Luggage room — Accommodates up to 120 suitcases and 120 coats.
AV — The technology integrated throughout the facility makes it even easier to bring people together and stay engaged. Amenities include:
- 37 total 4K TVs throughout the building, ranging from 55” to 98” – ready for presentations, dashboards and digital signage
- Every room outfitted technology ready for plug and play presentation as well as support hybrid meetings
- Announcement system throughout the facility
- Wireless internet throughout facility
- Full time, onsite AV support

Handlebar coffee bar — A source of warm hospitality, the Handlebar in the first level offers networking essentials of coffee, tea and water. The wide range of beverage options, including Nitro and Cold Brew coffee on tap, will be sure your guests will find what they are looking for.
Café— The beautifully designed catering kitchen supports groups of up to 240 for meal service.
Parking — Free parking is available in the parking ramp attached to the Vikings Lake Innovation Center. Parking is permitted on any level. Use the elevator or stairs to reach Level 1. Access the CLA Connection Center through the doors to Suite 125 from the 1st level lobby. The CLA Connection Center is also accessible by external doors connected to the plaza. The entrance is located opposite the Ticketmaster gates.
