Sitting in the heart of Hayden Ferry Lakeside office campus, it overlooks Tempe Town Lake and is conveniently located near Arizona State University. Flexible meeting spaces — Breakout rooms and a 169-seat auditorium offer thoughtfully designed spaces for business groups from 10 to 200 for meetings, corporate trainings, or workshops.

Professional-grade AV technology — With 4K displays throughout the event space, every meeting room is hybrid-ready and features high-quality cameras, mics, and dedicated AV support.

On-site café and catering — Keep attendees energized with a hospitality hub and full-service catering — from casual connections to networking receptions in one inviting space.

Convenient location— Just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and 5 minutes from downtown Tempe. Enjoy covered parking and a short walk to nearby hotels.
