- During the "Turning Points" working lunch, participants will reflect on defining moments in ownership—those hard calls that changed everything, or the ones avoided that left a mark. Through open discussion, attendees will examine what made these decisions difficult, the timing, and what could have made them easier. Looking ahead, the forum challenges owners to confront the next unavoidable decision and consider what acceptance might unlock.
- The closing session, "Strengthen What Matters," focuses on unlocking business value from within—highlighting the drivers of long-term success, from EBITDA and leadership depth to recurring revenue, especially in preparation for exit or transition.
