Andrea Sohns

Overview

 

Andrea has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and is a principal at CLA, specializing in the manufacturing industry. She works closely with privately held and private equity–owned manufacturing and distribution companies, providing assurance, tax, consulting, and due diligence services. Andrea brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to help clients drive growth and profitability, with deep experience in financial statement analysis, EBITDA and working capital analysis, and buy- and sell-side quality of earnings engagements. She also has experience with international reporting requirements and complex transaction support.

Known as a collaborative and trusted advisor, Andrea builds strong relationships with clients and owners while staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments. In addition to her professional work, she serves on the National Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and is a past Chair of the Southern Wisconsin chapter, where she is dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the manufacturing industry.
