Overview
Steven has approximately 20 years of experience in public accounting serving a broad base of industries including, professional services, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications and technology. He specializes in mid-size privately held companies. He was a Director at a large national firm where he serviced a number of SEC filers and was an active member of the firm’s Technology industry group. He is currently a member of CLA’s manufacturing and distribution and private service organization industry groups.
Steven collaborates directly the owners, executives, and accounting personnel to provide seamless audit service and issue timely deliverables. Steven has assisted these professionals execute on their strategic plan, including acquisitions and complex debt or equity arrangements with private equity funds.
