Overview
Steven Reisberg is a Principal with approximately 20 years of experience in public accounting, serving a diverse range of industries including professional services, manufacturing and distribution and technology. He specializes in mid-sized, privately held companies and brings deep insight into their unique operational and financial needs.
Prior to joining CLA, Steven was a Director at a large national firm where he worked with SEC registrants and Global Companys. At CLA, he is currently a member of both the Professional Services Group and Manufacturing industry groups.
Steven partners directly with business owners, executives, and accounting teams to deliver seamless audit services and timely deliverables. He has supported clients in executing strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and navigating complex debt and equity arrangements involving private equity funds.
