Michael De Prima

Overview

Michael is a principal in CLA's Federal Tax Strategies group and oversees the Mountain West region's Research & Development Tax Credit practice. He provides specialized tax services for clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, software, architecture and engineering, and bioscience. His primary areas of focus are research tax credits, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing incentives, and fixed assets. He also works with clients to capture and support various state-level credits and incentives.
