Two CLA Wealth Advisors Earn CPFA Designation
CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC (CLA Wealth Advisors), is pleased to announce that two wealth advisors — Colman Collins and Paul Wood — have successfully passed the examination to receive the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). Plan advisors who earn their CPFA demonstrate the specialized knowledge required to act as a plan fiduciary or to help plan fiduciaries manage their roles and responsibilities.
Collins is responsible for assisting CLA principals, directors, wealth advisors, and staff with the sales and service of qualified retirement plans. CLA’s retirement planning team designs plans to assist in positioning employees for long-term financial stability, while giving companies a distinct advantage in attracting and retaining talent.
Wood’s reputation is built on a foundation of problem solving, trust, loyalty, and service that he developed throughout his years in the military. In his practice, he serves individual investors, business owners, initiating and managing retirement plans for businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations.
“We’re extremely pleased that our advisors are willing to pursue the CPFA and other professional credentials. It helps them bring value to their client relationships,” said John Stiglich, principal in institutional investment and retirement plans. “Colman and Paul are examples of our long-term commitment to serving the retirement plan needs of our clients.”
