CLA receives renewed certification for its standout workplace culture.

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) has been certified as a Great Place To Work® for the fifth consecutive year, a recognition based entirely on employee feedback and reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to building a culture where innovation and humanity move forward together.

As rapid technological change reshapes professional services, CLA is making significant investments in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, while remaining grounded in what has always defined the firm — its people.

“We’re honored to receive this recognition because it comes directly from our people,” said Jen Leary, CEO of CLA. “As one of the few independent, relationship‑based professional services firms, we take this to heart. Even as we transform how we work and invest boldly in AI and emerging technologies, our focus remains the same: Strengthening the culture, careers, and communities that define CLA. Our independence allows us to invest long term and focus on innovation enhancing human potential.”

This year, 78 percent of CLA professionals participated in the Great Place To Work® survey, with 80 percent saying CLA is a great place to work — significantly higher than the U.S. average. The results reinforce a culture rooted in trust, fairness, and shared purpose.

At the center of CLA’s culture is a closeness you can feel; a commitment to knowing one another, supporting one another, and growing together.

“At CLA, our culture is at the heart of how we lead,” said Kirthi Mani, chief people officer. “Our greatest investment will always be in our people. We are building state-of-the-art connection centers, expanding immersive learning experiences, onshoring talent, and opening new pathways into the profession to promote broader access and long-term growth. When our people grow in confidence, capability, and purpose, they strengthen the entrepreneurs, nonprofits, manufacturers, farmers, and family-owned businesses powering the heartbeat of the country.”

The Great Place to Work scores reflect CLA’s continued investments in programs and benefits impacting its team members, including in the areas of personal well-being, career growth, and meaningful connection at work. Comprehensive wellness offerings are designed to support individuals and their loved ones, while benefits such as flexible time off and a wellness stipend provide them with the flexibility to care for themselves and find balance as they navigate both personal and professional priorities.

CLA is proud of the results of this year’s survey and will continue to review results to further invest in meaningful benefits with the continued goal of making culture our competitive advantage.
