Minneapolis — October 18, 2013 — CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), a national certified public accounting and consulting firm, today announced that Virginia Harn, a manufacturing and distribution tax principal in the firm’s Minneapolis office has been honored as one of the first 15 inductees to the University of Minnesota Masters of Business Taxation (MBT) Hall of Fame.
The honorees were selected by a subcommittee of the MBT Advisory Board and were chosen based on contributions to the program’s success through teaching, serving on boards and committees, and representing the school in the professional tax community. Harn has served as an adjunct professor and has been a strong advocate for the MBT program, which is noted as one of the most prestigious tax programs in the country.

The program, which has more than 1,000 alumni, celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. There are plans to induct additional honorees every five years.
