Fueling the work that strengthens our communities
FedPro is the annual gathering for Jewish Federation professionals, designed as a professional recharge — a place to connect with colleagues, learn, think big, and come back to your work feeling energized.
The event emphasizes community-building, leadership development, and staying current on the biggest issues facing Jewish communal life today. You’ll hear fresh ideas, pick up practical tools, and talk with colleagues who are dealing with the same challenges.
FedPro 2026 has a stacked program, including:
Cohort‑specific sessions
Think of these as focused gatherings with people who do exactly what you do. Fundraising folks with fundraising folks. Marketing with marketing. Finance with finance. Federation professionals getting the chance to talk shop in a way that feels relevant and energizing.
Critical issues sessions
These are cross‑department conversations on the major challenges facing Jewish communities right now. Expect timely discussions on community safety, antisemitism, mental health, engagement trends, and more.
Interactive workshops
Hands‑on, skill‑building opportunities where you can sharpen abilities you actually use daily. Participants work through real scenarios, tools, and ideas that carry straight back into the office.
Inspiring plenaries
Big‑picture talks meant to reconnect you with why you do this work — voices from inside and outside the Jewish community who bring energy and perspective.
Accounting user groups (NetSuite & Sage Intacct)
A niche but extremely helpful offering for finance teams. A dedicated 90‑minute session lets users share tips, ask questions, and compare experiences with similar systems — plus additional software groups by signup.
CLA’s Lisa Ahnen will be part of a discussion on “Finance: Reporting Across the Organization,” where attendees will learn how to craft clear, tailored financial reports for different stakeholders, stay current on key accounting updates, and take home practical templates to strengthen your organization’s financial management.
Register by January 16 to ensure hotel availability.
Please note: Your registration must be completed in one sitting. The registration process will time out if left idle for 20 minutes. Individuals must register separately; group registrations are not permitted.
