Program description: Fraud rarely unfolds in a straight line — and when it hits, every decision matters. In this fast-paced, real-life case walk-through, we’ll follow a fraud incident from the first red flag through containment, investigation, recovery, and resolution. Along the way, we’ll connect the dots across the full ecosystem: internal controls, banking relationships, insurance considerations, reporting requirements, and the communications that can help protect trust with leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
