CLA’s Board Governance Training equips board members and management with the skills and knowledge necessary to govern with confidence and competence. In fostering a deep understanding of roles, responsibilities, and the importance of collaboration, the training helps deliver essential skills you’ll need on the road to a successful nonprofit organization.
