Overview
Janine leads CLA’s national financial services assessment and system services offerings within CLA’s Digital team. She has more than 25 years of diverse financial services experience and uses this experience to help clients assess their current environment across structure, processes, and systems; identify opportunities to enhance system usage; and support decisions that align technology with organization goals.
Janine's work centers on helping clients:
• Conduct business assessments to identify efficiency and effectiveness opportunities
• Evaluate system capabilities and support informed system selection decisions
• Review contracts and pursue pricing and terms that align with strategic needs
• Prepare for and support the execution of system implementations, conversions, and integrations
• Strengthen processes and workflows to improve the effectiveness of technology in daily operations
• Navigate transitions, integrations, and future-state planning with structure and confidence
