Overview
John provides tax research and planning services to privately held businesses and their owners as part of CliftonLarsonAllen's National Tax Office. He serves clients in all phases of the business cycle and has deep expertise in business acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and restructurings. He has authored articles which have been published in The Tax Adviser, Journal of Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Practical Tax Strategies, and Construction Accounting and Taxation.
