Overview
Wes brings over 10 years of automtive dealership implementation and process management experience to CLA's clients, with a deep focus in Accounting, F&I/Sales and general DMS (Dealer Management Systems) practices. This includes hundreds of prior DMS conversions, new points and buy/sells.
Wes' experiences include implementation and client success work at CDK and Dominion DMS. He has worked implementation within client accounting office structures from title and billing sales to controllers and CFOs. Within F&I, Wes has extensive background in Menu selling implementation and processes, including with Darwin F&I Menus.
Wes' client success management experiences include working with large multi-rooftop dealerships as well as single-point franchises, across departments, from Accounting, F&I/Sales, Service and Parts.
