Michelle Steck

Overview

Michelle provides assurance and consulting services to closely-held companies within the manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries.  She has experience assisting these companies with regard to their US and international reporting requirements, revenue recognition practices, inventory management, and a variety of other areas including due diligence, operational and process improvement consulting engagements.  

Michelle leads the regional manufacturing services group in our Central Network which includes Indianapolis, Indiana, Canton/Akron/Maumee/Findlay, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Education

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business from Muskingum University.  Michelle also graduated with a Minor in Spanish.

In the community

Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michelle is the Chairwoman of the Board for the Stark County Lebanese American Association in Canton, Ohio which celebrates the Lebanese Heritage.

Michelle serves on the Board and as a Wish Grantor for Wishes Can Happen, Inc., a nonprofit organization granting wishes to children with life threatening illnesses in Northeast Ohio.

Michelle serves as Treasurer for iN Education, a nonprofit organization educating youth of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds to become equipped for life after high school in Northeast Ohio.

Michelle is also an active member of the Ohio Chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM).
