Jeff has more than 25 years of experience serving privately held and public companies. Jeff provides tax advisory and compliance services to privately held and public businesses in the middle to large markets. His experiences include providing federal, state and local income tax services, tax method advisory services, and Accounting Standards Codification(ASC)740 preparation services. Jeff also advises clients on the income tax impact of mergers and acquisitions.
