Karen Robinson

Overview

Karen is a Client Relationship Leader within the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) focusing on business development for the project services. Karen collaborates with CLA CAAS clients to understand their business and organizational goals and aims to provide quality accounting, finance, tax, and internal audit solutions for their changing environment.

Karen’s prior roles have included CFO and COO leadership to for profit and not for profit organizations. During the past 14 years with Global Impact/Geneva Global I have gained expertise in philanthropy, delivering professional services, international development, and non-profit organizations. As part of this role, I provided outsourced accounting services to other non-profit initiatives and led the expansion of business development efforts in the wealth management sector. Clients included large US Foundations, corporations, and ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior to this she helped start and lead Global Linking Solutions, an outsourced IT provider. Earlier professional experience was in the banking sector as a commercial lender and internal financial auditor. I have also worked extensively with not-for-profit boards and committees.
