Overview
Tiffany Mellow is a Principal with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. She has 15 years of experience in providing buiness valuation and consultation services for privately held businesses for the purpose of, but not limited to: succession planning, estate and gift planning and reporting, charitable gift reporting, mergers and acquisitions, industry benchmarking, shareholder oppression, and marital dissolution. Tiffany also has provided litigation support services for numerous purposes and testified on multiple occasions.
Tiffany is currently serving on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Foundation Scholarship Committee, the Business Valuation Committee, the AICPA ABV Pathway project, and is an ABV Champion for the State of Oregon. She is also a member of the inaugural Business Valuation Resources (BVR) Leadership Council.
Education
Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from the University of Oregon and her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Linfield College.
Tiffany is a licensed CPA in Oregon and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
In the community
Tiffany is currently serving on several non-profit boards, including, Eugene Estate Planning Council, Catholic Community Services of Lane County, Delgani String Quartet, and the Eugene Professional Women's Forum. She is past board member/Treasurer of FOOD for Lane County.
