Chris turns complex public-sector challenges into clear, workable solutions. He serves as Managing Principal of CLA’s State and Local Government industry, leading a team of more than 700 professionals who support over 3,700 governmental clients nationwide.
Over the course of his 20 year career, Chris has worked alongside states, counties, municipalities, and statewide municipal pension plans, helping leaders build financial resilience, improve operations, and adapt to an increasingly complex regulatory environment. At CLA, he is widely recognized for his ability to translate big-picture ideas into recommendations that create immediate, real-world value for clients.
Chris is an active thought leader in government finance, frequently authoring articles and speaking to finance officers nationwide. From interpreting new reporting requirements to reimagining service delivery models, he brings clarity, insight, and a pragmatic, results-driven perspective that public-sector leaders rely on.
