Keirstin has over ten years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in providing tax compliance, planning and consulting services to closely-held businesses and their owners.
Keirstin works with entities structured as partnerships, corporations, LLCs and their owners, primarily in the professional services industry, to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local tax laws. Additionally, she works closely with entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals to help them with tax saving strategies and planning, entity formation, implementation of new tax laws, and succession plan.
