He advises clients before, during, and after a sale, helping them evaluate tax-efficient structures, preserve wealth, and prepare for the opportunities and challenges that accompany a successful exit. Eric also works with founders and investors on sophisticated Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) planning strategies and other wealth transfer techniques designed to support long-term family and philanthropic goals.
