Overview
Jeff is a Tax Principal and the leader of CLA's Specialty Tax Services that include National Accounting for Income Taxes (NAIT), International Tax Services (ITS), State and Local Services (SALT), Transaction Tax Services (TTS), Federal Tax Strategies (FTS), and the National Exempt Tax services (NExT).
Jeff has over a decade of Big 4 experience heavily based in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Jeff assists clients with significant transactions including initial public offerings (SPAC or traditional), business combinations, divestures, etc.
