Overview
David is a seasoned IT Risk and Governance consultant and manager with a strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley, FFIEC, FDICIA, and GLBA compliance. David spends most of his time serving financial institutions with varying levels of complexity, with asset sizes ranging from $25 million to over $5 billion. He focuses on compliance reviews, IT risk assessments, IT general controls auditing, and other consulting services for community banks. David also serves as an Outsourced Information Security Advisor (OISA) to many financial institution clients within the firm.
