Overview
Jocie Dye is a Principal and leader on CLA's national Digital team, leading our national business operations analysis (BOA) capabilities - providing business opportunity assessments, system selection, lean process consulting, and implementation advisory services to clients. Jocie has more than 25 years diverse experience in financial, operational, and IT management and leverages this experience to assist clients in assessing the structure, processes, and systems of their finance and operations, with an eye to integration of cloud-based systems and automated processes. Prior to joining CLA, Jocie worked in a variety of industries, including charter school, nonprofit, professional services, and retail. Jocie currently works with a wide variety of nonprofit clients, with a focus in the charter school sector.
