Overview
Tim is the National Digital Industry Leader within CLA’s Financial Services practice. Based in CLA’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, Tim joined the firm in 2023 and brings deep experience across IT, operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, organizational change management, M&A, and digital strategic planning and implementation in both the insurance and banking industries.
He began his career leading various technology, digital, and cybersecurity functions for a large insurance company in Wisconsin before moving into the financial services industry as SVP and Chief Technology, Operating, and Security Officer at a community financial institution.
Today, Tim serves as a trusted advisor to community financial institutions as they evaluate, develop, mature, and execute technology modernization plans aligned to their strategic goals. He helps leaders balance innovation, value, and risk while building the education and organizational literacy needed to make informed decisions and advance modernization securely, pragmatically, and with confidence.
