Cathy Clarke is the Chief Culture Officer for CLA. In this role, she supports these teams: Quality & Risk, Internal Communications & Public Relations, People Solutions, Learning & Development, and our Connection Team. The Connection Team helps CLA family members work together to serve our communities and each other. It includes Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Affinity Groups, Community Engagement and our CLA Foundation. By focusing on our culture, we aim to be the best version of ourselves in all aspects of our lives.
Cathy also serves on CLA's Leadership Team supporting a variety of firm-wide initiatives. Prior roles at CLA include Chief Quality Officer, Chief Assurance Officer, and Managing Principal of National Assurance.
