This is the second straight year that CLA has received the honor, and its first in the large company category. It was ranked 14th out of a field of more than 70 Best Places winners.

This 20-second promotional video produced by Daniel Hight, an associate in Charlotte, was included in the office’s submission package for this year’s awards. It captures the atmosphere and attitude that set the CLA office apart from its peers in the fast-growing Charlotte marketplace.
CLA employees in Charlotte enjoy amenities like a sports-themed café, an on-site gym, gourmet coffee/espresso machines, quiet rooms with water features and sound machines for relaxation, and a summer casual dress code. There are also on-site health and wellness options including treadmills, stationary bikes, and yoga classes every Friday. The CLA Marketplace offers healthy snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the day, and team rooms equipped with PlayStation and Guitar Hero are available for a mid-day break. Food trucks and Popsicle carts also make appearances at the office throughout the year.
