Overview
Dan Yeilding is a Director with CLA's Direct State and Local Tax practice. He advises businesses on California income and franchise tax matters, state tax compliance, nexus, apportionment, and multistate tax planning.
Prior to joining CLA, Dan worked with the California Franchise Tax Board in both audit and protest roles, providing him with valuable insight into state tax administration and enforcement. He works closely with businesses to address complex state tax issues in an evolving regulatory environment and develop practical state tax strategies aligned with their growth objectives.
