Overview
Aaron served as the managing loan review officer for a regional bank with a loan portfolio of approximately $1.3 billion. In addition to reviewing loan relationships, this included developing improved review selection methodologies, portfolio analysis, and presenting results and goals to the audit committee.
He served as a business analyst in the project management department of a bank holding company with total assets of approximately $11 billion. In this role he implemented improved loan origination workflows with affiliates and operations, helped designed an alternative organizational structure for mortgage loan operations, and managed and documented the capital stress testing process.
Aaron also has experience in deposit operations and has worked with management and frontline staff to improve retail banking processes and procedures. He has also coordinated, scheduled, and implemented updates and rollouts for a variety of banking software.
