Lana has over 20 years of tax experience serving closely held and pass-through businesses, with a focus on complex partnership tax compliance, planning, and consulting. Her experience includes private equity-backed portfolio companies, real estate investment structures, operating partnerships, and multi-state partnership reporting.  Lana brings a practical, quality-focused approach to coordinating federal and multi- state compliance,  K-1 planning and investor reporting, and complex partnership tax matters. She also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on trust, estate, and gift tax matters.
