Overview
Greg has more than 30 years of experience auditing closely-held companies including manufacturing, construction and private equity funds. He also has over 20 years of assisting clients with transaction advisory services and working with private equity/family office owned portfolio companies. He also has 4 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for portfolio companies owned by private equity/family offices.
- Experience in providing accounting and transaction structuring advice for leveraged recapitalizations, purchase accounting, assessing quality of earnings, and GAAP accounting
- Led quality of earning projects for private equity, venture capital funds and other investors, primarily in manufacturing, professional services firms, constructiond and food and agriculture industries
- Experience with critiquing financial models and reviewing target companies' financial performance to identify cost reductions and/or operating efficiencies
- Worked with management teams of private equity-backed portfolio companies to complete add-on acquisitions and platform investments
- Audit and accounting services for closely held clients
- Serves as engagement principal on several large manufacturers and contractors
