Overview
Bill has more than 28 years of experience working with public and private entities, including several with international operations. His areas of technical proficiency include revenue recognition, equity issuances, complex debt offerings, and stock compensation.
Bill has employee benefit plan experience that includes audits of defined contribution retirement plans, defined benefit pension plans, employee stock ownership plans, and health and welfare benefit plans. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience providing public companies with second accounting firm services such as advising on nonrecurring complex accounting issues, new accounting standards implementation, due diligence, and SEC filing reviews.
Bill was elected to the Worcester Business Journal’s Top 40 Under Forty list, an award that recognizes professionals who are at “the top of their game” and have a demonstrated record of success.
