Megan Sullivan

I’ve been a CLA family member for 17 years. I came to be part of CLA by way of acquisition bringing me the acquisition experience. During my career I spent more than 20 years serving clients where I advanced up through Tax Signing Director. In January 2023, I made a career change moving to manage the Business Process Management team under Business Technology within CLA IT.

 

More than 20 years of experience in the field of public accounting specializing in corporate and individual taxation. Areas include: manufacturing, professional service, construction, and real estate companies along with small, family owned businesses with revenues $500,000 to $60 million. 10 years of experience working with Bankruptcy Trustees to prepare and review tax compliance filings as well as preference analysis. Experience working with assurance team members on preparation of reviews and compilations. Some experience working as part of the assurance team on audits. Assisted with oversight and implementation of internal software conversions in 2010 and 2013 with firm that was acquired by CLA.
