Overview
Jeff is a tax manager based in our Milwaukee office working to provide tax opportunities to CLA clients in our Construction and Real Estate industry groups. In his role, he serves closely-held private businesses and their owners with tax-related planning, consulting, and compliance. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting method changes, depreciation tax strategy, and corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
