Overview
Caroline specializes in serving public and private multinational corporations. Prior to joining CLA, Caroline spent 7 years with PwC where she provided a multitude of consulting and compliance services with a specialty in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), including two years in the Washington National Tax Practice (WNTS). After PwC, Caroline spent two years as a manager in the Yum! Brands tax department, driving the tax return and tax provision processes. As a Tax Signing Director in CLA’s National Accounting for Income Tax Group (NAIT), Caroline assists public and private clients with the application of ASC 740 in attest and non-attest engagements.
