Overview
Dave is the principal in-charge of the Firm's Global Tax Services group which provides international tax consulting and compliance services to publicly traded and privately held companies and their owners across all industries.
Dave focuses on clients with inbound and outbound operations assisting them with structuring their international transactions in an efficient manner along with mitigating any risk related to the transaction. Dave also has extensive experience advising on cross-border restructuring and tax-efficient holding company structures. Dave has worked with all size companies, whether it's the small growth oriented company going global for the first time or a well-established multinational company.
