Jared Solensten, CPA, is a Director in CLA’s assurance practice with more than ten years of experience working closely with clients in the tri-state area, ranging in size from $10M - $100M in revenue, and across various industries including manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, software. Since joining CLA, his primary industry focuses are professional service organizations (including engineering and software-as-a-service) and nonprofit organizations. He also has niche experience in entities that are undergoing acquisition by private equity firms and uses his technical expertise and experience to make recommendations to improve internal controls and processes as well as assist in implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
