Overview
Cathy is the Managing Principal - Assurance Quality for CliftonLarsonAllen and a member of the Quality Team. Cathy has overall leadership responsibilities for managing risk, maintaining quality, maintaining, and promoting the highest standards of excellence for the firm's assurance services practice and other related matters in the Assurance practice. This role primarily consists of consulting with engagement teams, engagement acceptance and leadership and coordination of our firm's peer review, internal inspection process, coordinating our PCAOB inspection. Cathy participates in the Assurance Services Executive Committee and has previously participated on the AICPA National Peer Review Committee, AICPA Auditing Standards Board and AICPA Peer Review Board.
