Overview
As General Counsel of CLA, I provide strategic leadership across governance, legal oversight, enterprise risk, and regulatory matters, helping align legal and risk considerations with the firm’s broader business objectives. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry—including claims management, underwriting risk, and complex coverage negotiations—I bring an executive-level perspective grounded in practical business judgment, disciplined risk assessment, and sound legal strategy.
In addition to my leadership responsibilities within the firm, I advise clients on risk management, insurance, and risk transfer strategies. I work with organizational leaders to assess enterprise exposures, strengthen insurance and contractual risk allocation programs, and support decisions that enhance resilience, protect value, and advance long-term objectives.
