Overview
Dan specializes in serving public and private multinational corporations. Prior to joining CLA, Dan spent a decade with PwC where he provided a multitude of consulting and compliance services with a specialty in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). As a Tax Principal in CLA’s National Accounting for Income Tax Group (NAIT), Dan assists public and private clients with the application of ASC 740 in attest and non-attest engagements.
