Overview
Dan specializes in serving public and private multinational corporations. Prior to joining CLA, Dan spent a decade with PwC where he provided a multitude of consulting and compliance services with a specialty in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). As the Practice Leader for CLA’s National Accounting for Income Tax (NAIT) group, Dan assists public and private clients with the application of ASC 740 in attest and non-attest engagements.
