Overview
Mandy has been in the human resources field for over 20 years. She spent several years as a HR business partner at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa. Then relocated to the Minneapolis area with her family where she joined CLA.
She has since moved to the Houston area and works with all of our Texas offices providing guidance to business leaders on human resource matters such as compliance and regulatory issues, career coaching, employee relations, staffing and retention, performance management, and overall human resources strategy.
