John has nearly 30 years of experience advising family and closely held businesses and their owners on business operations and improvement issues, financial management, and income tax planning and compliance. John has worked with hundreds of businesses in the manufacturing and distribution, construction, service, and retail industries.
John's exposure to family business dynamics began at a young age, as he grew up around his own family's two businesses. As a young adult, he worked for a second generation family owned business. John continues to draw on this firsthand experience today as he provides practical guidance to business owners and family members on the transition process.
