Overview
Ray C. Price Jr. serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CLA, where he is responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and partnering with the organization to achieve its financial goals. In this role, Ray oversees a team of professionals in the functions of core accounting, financial planning, financial reporting and the monitoring of financial and non-financial metrics across the organization. He believes in the power of the CLA culture and the ability of the entire organization to deliver for clients, the community and for each other. As the Chief Financial Officer, Ray and his teammates collaborate with stakeholders across the firm in the spirit of achieving the CLA Promise and Purpose.
Prior to joining CLA, Ray spent over 25 years at Bank of America, holding several key roles within the CFO organization. He was responsible for partnering with the Private Wealth Management, International and Institutional line of business as the Chief Financial Officer, Global Head of Financial Control Oversight and supported the division of Corporate Treasury and Investments, including Structured Funding, Asset Securitizations, Capital & Liquidity, and Cash Management Finance.
Education
Ray graduated Magna Cum Laude from Old Dominion University with a dual major in Accounting and Finance and earned a MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
