Marsha began her career as an intern at Ronald Blue & Co. CPAs, where she advanced to serve as Chief Financial Officer and National Director of Audit. In that role, she led the firm’s Accounting and Audit Department, overseeing complex engagements and guiding strategic initiatives. Following the firm’s integration into CLA, she has continued to provide leadership and technical insight across the firm’s assurance services.
