Overview
Diane has sixteen years of cost report, audit and consulting experience in the health care industry. She has been involved in numerous consulting engagements including Medicare settlement estimate tools, critical access hospital performance analyses, debt capacity analyses, provider based clinic analyses, pricing opportunity studies and various other analyses. Diane has prepared and reviewed numerous Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for various types of healthcare providers. Diane also has extensive experience related to Microsoft excel as well as data extraction techniques and data manipulation.
Education
Diane graduated summa cum laude from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Minnesota. She is also a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
