Overview
Bob is a principal with CliftonLarsonAllen specializing in Dealership and Buy-Here-Pay-Here assurance, tax and consultation. With his 30 years in public accounting serving closely held businesses and their owners, Bob has a keen understanding of the challenges that small and medium size businesses face every day. Bob has extensive experience in planning and problem solving in many facets of today’s complex financial landscape. He performs principal level supervision of financial statement audits, review and other attestation type engagements, as well as, tax and consultation services, predominately in the Buy-Here-Pay-Here Industry.
Education
Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Master’s Degree in Finance. Bob achieved his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification.

Bob Participates and/or speaker in NIADA and various states societies and JD Byrider franchisor/franchisee conferences.
