Overview
CPA and EA (Enrolled Agent) responsible for tax compliance, tax research and tax planning for all types of entities, including not-for-profit, individual, and for-profit business clients. I have over 17 years of experience with all types of not-for-profit entities particularly senior living, social service organizations, and credit unions as well as experience with individuals, for-profit corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships. I have represented both not-for-profit and for-profit clients in IRS exams and at IRS appeals. I have served on firm internal inspection teams on both the not-for-profit and for-profit sides multiple times. I have also taught internal classes on multiple occasions on not-for-proft taxation topics at the LEAP training.
