Abbi Palsma

Abbi Palsma is Director of ServeCo at CLA, where she helps CLA Global U.S. member firms access products, solutions, and operational capabilities designed to strengthen firm performance and enhance the client experience.

With more than 17 years of leadership experience in internal operations, Abbi brings deep expertise in process design, cross-functional collaboration, operational risk management, and organizational effectiveness. She has led teams and initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen quality, and help professionals focus more of their time on serving clients.

Abbi is particularly skilled at connecting people, processes, and business objectives across functions to create scalable solutions that support growth. Throughout her career, she has coached leaders, developed training programs, and helped teams navigate operational challenges with practical, people-centered approaches.
