Ty provides assurance, tax and consulting services to non-public entities including ESOP, privately owned, and equity owned manufacturing and distribution entities. Ty has extensive experience assisting companies with inventory management, stock-based compensation, acquisitions, and leasing transactions among other complex accounting issues.
